본 환불 정책은 palette box가 운영하는 SpamGuard 서비스에 적용됩니다. 모든 결제는 Paddle.com(Merchant of Record)을 통해 처리됩니다.
This Refund Policy applies to the SpamGuard service operated by palette box. All payments are processed through Paddle.com (Merchant of Record).
2. 30일 환불 보장 | 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
SpamGuard는 30일 무조건 환불 보장 정책을 운영합니다. 결제일로부터 30일 이내에 환불을 요청하시면 사유에 관계없이 전액 환불해 드립니다.
SpamGuard offers a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 30 days of your payment date, you will receive a full refund regardless of the reason.
3. 환불 절차 | Refund Process
- 아래 문의 이메일을 통해 환불 요청
- Paddle을 통해 원래 결제 수단으로 환불 처리
- 환불 완료까지 결제 수단에 따라 5~10 영업일 소요

4. 구독 취소 | Subscription Cancellation
구독은 언제든지 대시보드의 결제 관리 페이지에서 취소할 수 있습니다. 구독을 취소하면 현재 결제 주기가 끝날 때까지 서비스를 계속 이용할 수 있으며, 다음 주기부터는 요금이 청구되지 않습니다.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing management page in your dashboard. After cancellation, you can continue using the Service until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made.
