제1조 (목적) | Article 1 (Purpose)
본 약관은 palette box(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 SpamGuard(이하 "서비스")가 제공하는 모든 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차, 이용자와 회사 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services provided by SpamGuard (the "Service"), operated by palette box (the "Company"), including the terms, procedures, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the Company.
제2조 (서비스의 내용) | Article 2 (Service Description)
서비스는 다음과 같은 기능을 제공합니다:
- YouTube 채널 댓글의 스팸 자동 탐지 및 분류
- 스팸 댓글 자동 거부/삭제 처리
- 사용자 정의 스팸 필터링 규칙 설정
- 댓글 관리 통계 및 리포트
The Service provides the following features:
- Automatic spam detection and classification for YouTube channel comments
- Automatic rejection and deletion of spam comments
- Custom spam filtering rule configuration
- Comment management statistics and reports
제3조 (이용자의 의무) | Article 3 (User Obligations)
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다:
- 타인의 Google 계정 또는 YouTube 채널을 무단으로 사용하는 행위
- 서비스를 이용하여 정상적인 댓글을 고의로 삭제하는 행위
- 서비스의 운영을 방해하거나 API를 악용하는 행위
- 기타 관련 법령에 위반되는 행위
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Unauthorized use of another person's Google account or YouTube channel
- Intentional deletion of legitimate comments using the Service
- Interfering with Service operations or abusing the API
- Any other activities that violate applicable laws and regulations
제4조 (서비스 이용) | Article 4 (Service Usage)
서비스 이용을 위해서는 Google 계정을 통한 OAuth 인증이 필요합니다. 이용자는 인증 시 YouTube 채널에 대한 접근 권한을 서비스에 부여하게 되며, 해당 권한은 언제든지 Google 계정 설정에서 철회할 수 있습니다.
OAuth authentication via a Google account is required to use the Service. Upon authentication, users grant the Service access to their YouTube channel. This access can be revoked at any time through Google account settings.
제5조 (유료 서비스) | Article 5 (Paid Services)
유료 구독은 Paddle.com(Merchant of Record)을 통해 처리됩니다. Paddle은 회사를 대신하여 결제, 세금 처리 및 고객 서비스 문의를 담당합니다. 구독 요금은 선택한 플랜에 따라 월 단위로 청구되며, 구독 갱신일에 자동으로 결제됩니다. 요금 및 플랜에 대한 자세한 내용은 요금제 페이지에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). Paddle handles payments, tax processing, and customer service inquiries on behalf of the Company. Subscription fees are billed monthly based on the selected plan and are automatically charged on the renewal date.
제5-2조 (환불) | Article 5-2 (Refunds)
환불 정책에 대한 자세한 내용은 환불 정책을 참조하시기 바랍니다. 모든 환불은 Paddle을 통해 처리됩니다.
For details on our refund policy, please refer to our Refund Policy. All refunds are processed through Paddle.
제6조 (서비스 변경 및 중단) | Article 6 (Service Modification and Suspension)
서비스는 운영상 또는 기술상의 필요에 따라 제공하는 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 서비스 변경 또는 중단 시 사전에 공지합니다.
The Service may be modified or suspended in whole or in part due to operational or technical needs. Users will be notified in advance of any changes or suspension.
제7조 (면책 조항) | Article 7 (Disclaimer)
서비스는 YouTube Data API를 활용하여 댓글을 분석하며, 스팸 탐지의 정확도를 100% 보장하지 않습니다. 서비스 이용으로 인한 댓글 삭제/거부에 대한 최종 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
The Service uses the YouTube Data API to analyze comments and does not guarantee 100% accuracy in spam detection. The user bears ultimate responsibility for any comments deleted or rejected through the Service.
제8조 (개인정보 보호) | Article 8 (Privacy)
이용자의 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
The handling of user personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
제9조 (약관의 변경) | Article 9 (Amendment of Terms)
본 약관은 서비스 정책 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 서비스 내 공지를 통해 안내합니다.
These Terms may be amended in accordance with changes to Service policies. Users will be notified of any changes through in-Service announcements.
