Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services provided by SpamGuard (the "Service"), operated by palette box (the "Company"), including the terms, procedures, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the Company.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service provides the following features:

  • Automatic spam detection and classification for YouTube channel comments
  • Automatic rejection and deletion of spam comments
  • Custom spam filtering rule configuration
  • Comment management statistics and reports

Article 3 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

  • Unauthorized use of another person's Google account or YouTube channel
  • Intentional deletion of legitimate comments using the Service
  • Interfering with Service operations or abusing the API
  • Any other activities that violate applicable laws and regulations

Article 4 (Service Usage)

OAuth authentication via a Google account is required to use the Service. Upon authentication, users grant the Service access to their YouTube channel. This access can be revoked at any time through Google account settings.

Article 5 (Paid Services)

Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). Paddle handles payments, tax processing, and customer service inquiries on behalf of the Company. Subscription fees are billed monthly based on the selected plan and are automatically charged on the renewal date. Please refer to the pricing page for details on plans and fees.

Article 5-2 (Refunds)

For details on our refund policy, please refer to our Refund Policy. All refunds are processed through Paddle.

Article 6 (Service Modification and Suspension)

The Service may be modified or suspended in whole or in part due to operational or technical needs. Users will be notified in advance of any changes or suspension of the Service.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Service uses the YouTube Data API to analyze comments and does not guarantee 100% accuracy in spam detection. The user bears ultimate responsibility for any comments deleted or rejected through the Service.

Article 8 (Privacy)

The handling of user personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Amendment of Terms)

These Terms may be amended in accordance with changes to Service policies. Users will be notified of any changes through in-Service announcements.
